Questions
How long before I can redeem anything?
You start with 30 points, so $70 of spending gets you to 100 points and your first $5 of store credit. For most people that is the first or second order.
When do my points appear?
14 days after your purchase. Until then they show as pending. If an order is refunded, the points for it come back off the balance.
Can I use store credit with another discount?
Yes. Store credit is applied at checkout like a gift card, so it works alongside a discount code or set saving.
Where do I see my balance?
Sign in and open the rewards panel. It is run by our loyalty app, so the number there is the live one.
Is this everything?
For now, yes. Points for joining and for every order, turned into store credit. We would rather run one thing that works than nine that half-work.
