My skin changed. My life on camera didn’t.
For years, I anchored the prime-time news on MBC in Korea, spending long days on camera in heavy makeup. In my twenties, my skin seemed to take it all in stride.
Then came my thirties, two children, and fifteen-hour workdays running a startup. My skin became drier and more sensitive. But I still had to show up.
I wanted to care for my changing skin without choosing between coverage and comfort.
Through my Instagram Q&As, women shared similar experiences: makeup that looked flaky, skin that felt tight, routines that no longer felt right.
Those conversations helped shape Kurved.
